@adamhoad_coaching: Small changes add up to a LOT more than you think 👇 With a consistent 500-calorie daily deficit, the energy equivalent of your fat loss could look roughly like: 🔥 65g per day 🔥 450g per week 🔥 1.9kg per month And if you’re relatively new to strength training, training consistently and eating enough protein, around 400g of muscle per month can be a realistic rate of muscle gain: 💪 ~15g per day 💪 ~100g per week 💪 ~400g per month Your rate of muscle growth will also depend on your age, sex, training experience, genetics, nutrition and how well you’re actually training. ❗ For a limited time this month, head over to the link in my bio and you can download my September Fat Loss Masterclass. I’ll show you my simple 5-step approach to build more muscle to make fat loss easier, eat more while seeing more progress on the scales, and put it all together for your own personal goals.

2 questions 1) how can a human stay alive if they reduce their temperature ... you know that's what "calorie deficit" actually means right? 2) please explain how it is possible to burn heat?

Surely the amount of muscle you can build is proportional to how much muscle you already have and is also highly dependent on your age?

With a deficit of 500 you will loose like 2kgs of fat per month and realistically you can build like 200-400 grams of muscle per month

if you lower your calories this much your body start to store even more, your cortisol will spike and therefore you will gain more fat. losing weight in a healthy and gradual manner is the way to go.
