Herby Lemon Couscous with Chicken veggie sauce _4 servings_ ~1 cup of couscous ~1 cup of boiling water ~10g light butter ~1 tsp minced garlic ~1/2 tsp lemon zest ~1/4 tsp thyme ~1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley ~1 tsp avocado oil ~1 chopped chicken breast marinated with everything sazon & chicken bullion. ~1/2 medium chopped onions ~ 2 cloves of garlic ~1 cup mixed veggies ~1 each of red and green bell peppers ~1 tsp each of light sodium soy sauce, white wine vinegar, maple syrup & cornstarch mixed in 1/4 cup of water ~1/4 cup chopped red cabbage ~1/2 tsp each of white and black sesame seeds.
