Also some plants need fire to be able to seed & grow!! That’s why Indigenous people should help with controlled burns & planting Indigenous plants afterwards!!! It’ll help the ecosystem bounce back if a wildfire happens

Planted some Blue Baptisia. It dropped all of its leaves over the course of 2 weeks, then after 2 more weeks of it looking dead, it shot out new growth.
