Its like with crock pots n such people going mad about taking the lid off for even a second on a already at cooking temp meal will set it back 30min to even hours. Like yes it does set it back technically but its so miniscule, you dont loose that much heat with all that thermal mass that fast (whole thing is back up to temp in seconds after you close the lid, just like your fridge)
