@_cookim_: Mayak Egg (soy marinated egg) Ingredients - egg - soy sauce (I used sempio 701) - water - sugar - green onion - garlic 1. Boil the water 2. Put egg in Boiling water and turn it to low heat 3. Simmer it for 6 min 30 secs 4. Submerge the eggs in cold water to cool them down and peel the eggs 5. Make sauce with mixing soy sauce, water, sugar, minced garlic, green onion and chili 6. Put the eggs in sauce1 and put it in fridge for a hour2 7.
