we grind down the tip and edges of our son's knives. Ours are 8 and 5 but they love knives. can always resharpen them when they're ready 🤣

We all got to go get our first pocket knife on our 8th birthday. It was like a huge accomplishment and we were always so excited!!! Yeah we had the st@bbing is wrong speech too.😂😂😂

Not only don't stab anyone, you really gotta spell it out; can't pretend like you're going to eirher. No being in a situation where stabbing somebody, intentionally or accidentally, is possible. I remember being in cub scouts when they let us do whittling on our own, you were supposed to (with a closed blade) swing your arm in a circle slowly, all the way around. If anyone was in that circle, or came into that circle, you closed your knife, or you could loose it. Knives and other serious tools can be fun, but the rules are not a three-strike rule, its a listen now or your done rule.

😂 my sons both got pocket knives for their birthday. my mom yelled "who got those?!?" My sister said sorry, my son picked them out. They all already have a collection of knives but apparently grandma didnt know!
