You see the white ultra wealthy in South Africa control the political class, and because they know how much they stand to lose in an all out diplomatic row, they will force your government to beg for peace and mercy. While the political class in Nigeria are the be-it-all, the ultra wealthy bend to their will, therefore any escalation from south Africa will end badly because the political class feel insulted and disrespected by South Africa.
