Jalapeño Popper Chicken Dip Ingredients • 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • ½ cup sour cream • ¼ cup mayonnaise • 3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced, seeds removed • 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced for topping • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella, divided • 1 cup shredded cheddar, divided • 3 green onions, thinly sliced • 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped • Chopped cilantro, optional Seasonings • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • ½ tsp paprika • ¼ tsp black pepper • Salt, to taste Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. 3.
