The only reason I use the chin strap is to keep my mouth closed. I'm a back sleeper, and my jaw slacks in my sleep... Dry mouth in the morning is so bad for the teeth...

One of the best things for your skin, proper sleep. There’s no way anyone is getting proper sleep in that strap without some form of medication. I had to use a chin strap for a while when I broke my jaw, I did not sleep properly at all. Skincare is so important but the chinstrap is not going to be benefit at all

I use a chin strap but not for a double chin. Just to keep my mouth from hanging open and it helps! 😂
