Your reasoning is that the ball changed direction after the touch of the goalkeeper and no longer goes to the goal but I would argue that.. it seems quite obvious to me that the ball keeps going towards the goal after the goalkeepers deflection so correct me if I’m wrong but that a pen according to the rules u just said
