Gut friendly cheesecake we all need in our whole food diet🤍 The best way to actually enjoy an anti inflammatory diet focusing on eating whole foods, is finding healthier alternatives to your favourite foods so you can still enjoy them & that’s exactly what this is🍌 Ingredients: - 1 ripe banana - 100g kefir protein yogurt - 10g of @truvali banana & cinnamon protein powder - 2 tsp honey - 1 tsp cinnamon Homemade granola for 4 portions: - 100g oats - 40g chopped walnuts - 30g chopped pecan nuts - 3 tbsp melted coconut oil - 2 tbsp honey - 1 tsp cinnamon Mix all home-made granola ingredients together and cook on a low medium heat in a pan for 10 to 15 minutes stirring regularly ensure it doesn’t burn. Once it’s combined together and hardened leave on the side to cool. In a bowl, mix kefir yoghurt, protein powder 1 tbsp of honey, use a whisk to make it light & fluffy.
