officers should be held to a extremely strict standard. they should set an example for all officers and have punishments no less than prison time for anything that they might do against the law and found guilty of. nothing no less than one year in penitentiary. even for an extremely minor assault. and they took an oath and swore to God that they would protect and uphold the Constitution and our rights. they swear to protect us from the very things that they are coming against us with. why is it today an officer really doesn't have any real repercussions for what they do. why are they just getting a slap on the back of the hand for an oath that they swore to. the civilians never swore to an oath but get the worst punishment. I think officer should have a punishment starting no less than prison time. and I don't mean time served without ever serving it either. you don't swear to protect people and then start harming them. you swear to God and our constitution to protect us. and you heard us should come with a more severe consequence then a civilian never swearing an oath and getting into fights or Lord forbid worse.

what do officers do nowadays. swear an oath to God in our constitution just to get the job? is that all you got to do you don't actually have to do it? all you got to do swear an oath that you'll never have to uphold to get the job. but if you don't swear to those you won't get the job. it doesn't matter if you uphold the oath all you got to do is wear it. that's sick. people just swear to God just to get the job and then they don't do what they swore an oath to
