in northern cape, we have a chc, 24hour, service, with, in patients, emergency unit and midwifery,local clinic is closed..doing PHC also.. only 1 junior PN with ENA , onduty at night , 2 PN's on duty with ENA, day duty...what a disaster!! and community do nothing about it ..

Unions are useless for nurses, it’s bad. Can you really let one sister work at emergency in a 24 hour service. Healthcare workers are not healthy at all
