im the type of autistic that plans out conversations and then start panicking when people arent sticking to the script that they were never given, the only person who usually does stick to the script is my mum, she just knows me well enough to know what to say

NGL tho it's only in my head cause I learned growing up that if you explain the plan, everyone gets up in arms about how you need to relax. Like mate, the plan is HOW I remain relaxed 😭
