Mine didnt do the risk assessment for 4 weeks after i told them and fired me so they wouldnt have to do it. They also scheduled me in for a later start when i said i had an antenatal appointment n then penalised me for being late because my appointment ran long

16 weeks with pre-existing diabetes and the appointments are driving me mad, I had 3 in 1 week and it's a 40 min drive from my workplace to the hospital. Thank god it all gets paid for by my employer!

My old employer didn't do my risk assessment until I was 21 weeks pregnant, prior to this I had already had spotting at 17 weeks while I was at work and still didn't do a risk assessment for ages. only reason I got one was because I sent a letter stating the law to them

I had to tell my employer that I was pregnant as soon as I found out, I work it education with ‘troubled’ behaviours. She helped me keep it hidden until we announced and completed the Risk Assessment right away .
