Good evening, I am interested—could you provide some information? I fell backward and landed on my elbow, and my shoulder rotator cuff was pinched. I am in a lot of pain at night in that area and also in my arm muscle. If you read this message, could you please let me know where you are located? Thanks

I’ve recently had the trigger points on both sides and I’m in more pain . I’ve buldging disc at 3/4 4/5. With nerve compression at c6 … I can’t cope with the pain
