If this works it will be a LIFE saver. We have the bark phone for my husband right now but long term it’s just not a good thing because no one can even reach him unless it’s approved and no gps and stuff like this. I REALLY hope this works

Unless this is a start that leads to a change heart it is useless. You can’t put a Band-Aid on something that needs surgery. When there is a change of heart and a change of mind then and only then will it disappear from one’s life. Like he said in the video, he went out and purchased a new phone. That true addict will always find a way. The truly repentant person will use this as a help, but not as a solution.

The idea is good, but the potential for apps to start making permanent changes to phones is terrible. Because there's no way this wouldn't be abused by corporate, imagine they add an ad service filter that puts ads on using your apps and phone and you couldn't remove it unless you bought a new phone

Does it block sites such as Reddit, chat rooms, ai girlfriends and such? People with porn addictions seem to always be able to find a way around using different sites they may not inherriently be porn sites
