@greatbritisharchitecture: Can you help us support our historic churches? Firstly, thank you so much to everyone who has already donated, your generosity is much appreciated and will genuinely help to make a difference to the future of our historic churches. Last year, my friends and I did the Suffolk Historic Churches Trust annual Ride and Stride event and, thanks to your generosity, we raised several thousand pounds for churches across Suffolk and St Nicholas’s Rushbrooke in particular. This year, we will be cycling in aid of Norfolk churches and St Peter’s Corpusty in particular. Half of the money raised will go to help continual repairs and maintenance at St Peter’s Corpusty, meanwhile, the other half of the funds will go into a general pot managed by the Norfolk Churches Trust and awarded to churches in need across the county. Therefore, you can be assured that every penny and pound will go to repairing and protecting these historic buildings for future generations. These churches face an ever harder up hill battle against decay and disrepair, meaning that it is more important than ever before for us to help these truly precious buildings. Thus, if you’d like to support our cycle ride in aid of these churches, then please follow the link in my bio to our just giving page. Alternatively, you can DM me and I will send you that link. Thank you.
