I have been excited to put this together! I wanted to wait until Raven was at her birth weight again before putting it together - so here it is. She is 3 weeks old and finally about the same size as she was when I was carrying her. After trying to fall pregnant for what felt like an eternity, it finally happened after I lost 3 stone, got my BMI down & started to really look after my body. I found the first 12 weeks of the pregnancy absolutely exhausting. I would be falling asleep mid conversation after 4pm 😂. It had been almost 17 years since I had Kyla & it was completely different to how I remember pregnancy being! The first trimester I was suffering with breathing problems, high blood pressure, exhaustion, I went off of my food, the smell of strong foods turned my stomach & had SO many hospital appointments & trips to a&e with different problems it was so draining & anxiety ridden. The 2nd trimester everything changed. The tiredness went, my breathing went back to normal, my blood pressure stabilised, my appetite was back (I had a real craving for apples, pears, haribo blue & pink bottles & magnums). I got my energy back & I felt completely back to myself again. The 3rd trimester I was hungrier than ever, and if I didn’t eat, everyone knew about it 😂 I was obsessed with cleaning to the point of tears if anything got moved when I was having a spruce around! As I got bigger, I found it difficult to sleep and my hips were aching, but I loved carrying Raven. I loved feeling her kicking me all through the day & watching her rolling around inside me. I worked right up until the day before I had Raven. My last session was with a client ‘walking and talking’ in the park on the 12th May - obviously not much walking happened as I just about managed to carry myself to the park. Thank you Alex for looking after me the way you did the entire way through the pregnancy. Thank you for all the nutritious meals when I would get home from work. Thank you for cleaning the cat litters and doing all the jobs every single day. Thank you for putting up with my emotions & for loving us the way you do. You are the best. #bumptobaby #ravenrosesargent
