Hey, in my GLC 220d it has also the Function that if you pull and hold your Minus Paddle it Enters Kickdown Mode and gives you the ideal Gear for acceleration

I have a 2017 e 300 and it actually tells you when you need to down shift or up shift. Also, you didn’t really explain how to use them besides what each side does and how to exit that mode or get back into it. And for you to say we would only use them when we need more power or when we’re towing. I’m not sure who’s telling anything in a Mercedes but they made a sports in a sports plus for a reason. Not a towing option.

I accidentally pushed it twice on two separate occasions. I had to pull over and restart the vehicle. I finally figured it how to use it and never touch it again til then. I do know how to drive a stick shift as well.
