the clutch pedal was an option in the 388 and 389 trucks could order it either way, I perfer the trough thr floor pedal my self but was the main pedal in the original 379 classic Pete and older even the old needed nose Pete's had trough the floor clutch pedal but like I say the newer 388s and 389s the dash hung or through the floor pedal what an option you could order either one ya wanted, and hopefully we can still get that option in the new trucks
