Copycat Jolliebee’s Peach Mango Pie 🥧 Full recipe below ⬇️ For all the homies who crave it, this is how to easily make it! Ingredients (yields 6): . 1 cup mango, dice . 1 cup canned peaches, chunks . 1/4 cup granulated sugar . 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional) . 2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved with 4 tbsp cold water . Pinch of salt . 1 tsp vanilla extract . 1 packet of puff pastry . 1 tbsp of syrup form the canned peaches . Oil for frying Directions: 1. Combine your peaches, mango, sugar, salt, cornstarch, syrup and vanilla into a medium pan. Stir to cook until the fruit breaks down and creates a thick consistency (about 10 minutes). Place filling aside to cool. 2. Thaw your puff pastry sheets and cut into 6 rectangles. Place a hefty scoop of filling into a rectangle, layer another sheet on top and use a fork to press the edges of the sheets together. 3. Heat your oil in a pan to 350F. Place 1 pie into the oil and cook on each side for 3- 4 minutes (until the crust is nice and golden) 4.
