@vindli_: он был сини #howtotrainyourdragon #nightfury #httyd2010 #foryou

SadisticHues :

Nobody talks about how peak the httyd wii game was

Bëłłå! :3 :

I miss the blueish tint he used to have and his old face and pupil shape

🪐 :

always angry with Hiccup for riding Toothless during the day and not at night, Bro, there's a reason it's called NIGHT fury

ׂ╰┈➤ SEPTEMBER 1️⃣🌾 / 🌀☀️ :

When he was a terrifying, intelligent, mysterious dragon and not a slobbering dog.

mangosalad :

The first-first night fury design>>>

graystreet003 :

this is what I've been saying. And people have hit me with the "nooo he just grew up. Obviously that he changed" This is not the case. On the next two movies they have redone from 0 the models, trying to adapt a more "family friendly" and mainstream corrections, where his entire cat thematic was replaced by a puppy's personality, where his fave model had been humanised along with his expression only so he could be more "charismatic", instead making he look more bulky, and Small faced with Les agile proportions. The model was Already perfect. They just wanted to win more money and tried to appeal to what they thought would make them win more money, and that costed them. They erased the impact and respect that they made the name "The Night Fury" have. If they truly followed more firmly the first model when they had to age him up, he would have looked differently than the marketing ass sucking they did. I've even seen fan made grown up toothless 3d models that were way better than the two following movies. And that says a lot about when you truly continue the legacy of a first model compared to when you scratch it out and start from 0 to make it different. A complete people pleasing move that did the opposite.

When the dragons were animalistic

V2rsionTwo :

I don't go in this fandom, but i reaaally like the early design, why did they make toothless look like an inbred dog in the rest of the movies even

🐉🪶Artemis🪶🐉 :

They wanted him to be more cute and therefore marketable and I HATE THATTTTAUGHHH

luca_rants222 :

I MISS THE PRINTS ON HIS SIDE 😭 they gave him more a complex design and then they took it away, LIKE WHYYYYYYY

🔪[𝕊𝕡𝕣𝕚𝕟𝕘𝕥𝕣𝕒𝕡]🔪 :

I also always loved his first prototype prosthetic tail fin. just the simple brown. I honestly wished there were more merch of him with that instead of the red new one.😭 I am not talking about from the live action. It's ok I guess but I preferred the 2010 version of Toothless and from Spinmaster😭💜 Cause this is the only merch I have him with the brown tail

FaithyWaithyDdl :

What's crazy is that he was already cute in the first movie. Modeling him after a cat, an animal evolutionized to be cute to us, then switching to more canine traits in the second? It soiled something in the movies

StrudelKitty4227 :

Httyd 1 Toothless. I'll forever mourn you

chad :

he used to have leopard print

maisyharlan :

Cat inspired toothless >>>> dog inspired toothless

Aussie Rat🐴🐎 :

When he was a wild dragon with feline attributes

𝕰𝖘𝖒𝖊 :

I hate that they turned him into a dog when it was obvious he was more of a cat

Echo :

i miss my blue ting oval face ahaped toothless with slim head

apezzzJD :

Дизайн в первой части был самым лучшим. Он был черным и на свету отливал синим. Это было прекрасно. В 3 части он стал полностью черным и из него сделали собаку

Jada :

I love the first Nightfury design and the Nightfurys attitude in the beginning - before he was soft...

Ray_sunSketch :

they made him evolutionise like a pug.. from long head and predator like to completely bleh... he's still cute though I'll never hate him for how the design changed

arthur🧟‍♂️ :

rip old toothless😔

Kate :

Ngl he got nerfed after that second one, like he was a cat turned into a slobbering dog

🌿☄️eclipse🌑 :

.𖥔 ݁ 𝔀𝓪𝔂 𖥔 ݁ ˖ :

before they nerfed tf out of him for risk of him being emasculated next to his hyper feminine girlfriend 🫩
