@jamessignatureoutdoors: Designing a backyard orchard from the ground up in Arlington, TX 🍑🍎🍇 This one is all about making the space productive, walkable, and actually maintainable long-term — not just cramming in as many fruit trees as possible. We’re planning around: * Peaches, plums, apples, figs & persimmons * Seedless grapes on trellises * Thornless blackberries * Raised railroad-tie-style planting beds * Gravel walking paths * White farm fencing with vines around the perimeter * Proper spacing for mature trees, harvesting, pruning & irrigation The fun part is balancing how it looks today with how it will function 5–10 years from now.
