Recently found your page. I’m 4 weeks postpartum. Dealing with a supply drop due to mastitis. Do you have a series or do you offer consult for Canadians? :)

Can you discuss efficient ways to empty? I’m EP (3-3.5 oz each side each session) but my right still feels full. I do multiple let downs and massage. But I don’t want to accidentally confuse my body to make too much bc it almost feels like I’m power pumping each time.

I had my baby at 36 weeks. and was told that they have a hard time latching and to finger feed. hes 1 week old now and he refuses to latch and cries at my breasts. is there any hope to breastfeed? or should i just use a bottle? ive been to a lactation consultant and they gave me a nipple shield but that hasnt helped either.

I love trees! This is such an accurate and pleasant analogy.

Question: I let my 5 week old constantly go to breast, rather than waiting for those “hunger cues”. Does this have negative impacts for baby later down the track recognizing their own cues? Thank you!
