@lifecurating: Homemade Vanilla Extract 🤎 honestly can't believe I waited this long to make this myself. it's only two ingredients what you need: 🤎 vanilla beans, split lengthwise (I used Tahitian, a gift, but any beans work) 🤎 vodka, at least 80 proof split the pods, pour the vodka over, and let it sit. give it a shake once a week or so and store it somewhere dark it's usable around 8-12 weeks, but if you really want the best extraction, let it sit closer to 6 months, that's when it gets deep and rich, worth the wait one thing that's actually helped me with all my DIYs, labeling.
