Dividend is different than a stimulus. A Dividend is reoccurring based on profit, Stimulus is the government borrowing money to pay the people to Jumpstart the economy. Some people get confused. The Tarriffs are working and bringing in money for the US. I know it doesn't look like it right now, but the US will be able to pay down the national debt, 40 trillion is a lot to pay off.
