i work in manufacturing and we have written work instructions that tell you exactly how to do the job so i have the person im training read those and then i show them how i do it

I was training so.w people with shortcuts because I was honestly tired of interacting with them, but my manager was like "no, you are doing great job, but PLEASE make them do it properly at first so they understand" I was just looking at them like [Cant even] please do it faster, im tired
