I used to say this too, but He taught me that the waiting period can be so hard, yet it is part of our Christian walk to grow our faith and character; if we avoid suffering by numbing this desire in whatever way we do, we are not being true to our walk. Jesus and all the apostles set an example; they suffered pain, yet endured. Read 1st Peter; it is all about the importance of allowing ourselves to suffer. Faith has to be refined in fire!
