@timeless.truths.today: Delete the old version of me in your head. It doesn’t exist anymore. I’m no longer the person who sacrifices himself helping everyone else achieve their dreams while putting his own on hold. I don’t save people from the consequences of their choices, clean up messes I didn’t create or keep explaining my heart and intentions trying to make people see me for who I am. Believe whatever version of me you need to believe. I’m a very forgiving person. I’ve forgiven things I probably never should have and given more chances than most people deserved. So if you never hear from me again, understand that you really did too much. My biggest mistake was always trying to fix everything — relationships, friendships, situations and people who had no intention of fixing themselves. I finally realised not everything is mine to carry. I no longer make room for chaos, manipulation, disrespect or bad intentions. I stand up for myself now. My peace comes first. My dreams matter. My future matters. My happiness matters. We’re not here long enough to keep living unhappy just because we’re afraid of change, being alone or disappointing people. And I’ve realised being alone isn’t boring — it’s peaceful. There’s freedom in waking up knowing nobody is draining your energy, controlling your mood or making you question your worth. I can still be kind without being used. I can forgive without giving you access to me again. I can love someone and still leave them behind. I can care without carrying them. So if you’re judging me by who I used to be, you’re judging someone who no longer exists. I didn’t become cold. I simply stopped abandoning myself to keep everyone else comfortable.
