Follow these key steps on press to keep registration locked and hand feel soft. Switch your ink Swap heavy plastisol for reduced plastisol, water-based, or discharge ink so the deposit sinks into the fibers instead of creating a chunky ridge. Pre-shrink your fleece Run hoodies through your conveyor dryer before loading them on the platen. Pre-shrinking stabilizes the fleece so flash heat does not pull your design out of register. Protect the fleece interior Swipe a cleanup card down your platen after spraying web adhesive to smooth down the sticky webbing and keep glue off the inside of the hoodie. Dial in off-contact Set standard off-contact near the chest and almost on-contact over the pocket seam so your stroke pushes ink cleanly into both fabric levels. Flash light and cure fully Flash with a short heat burst to protect the fleece, then give discharge ink proper dwell time in the conveyor dryer for a full reaction.
