@queenmymy649: JUSTICE FOR CELESTE ❤️🕊️ The family of the late Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was murdered by David Burke on April 23, 2025 has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against David with 12 complaints included in the lawsuit. The other defendants include David’s mother Colleen, David’s management team and many others including David. Celeste family is being represented by the attorney named Patrick Seinfeld, who said the Los Angeles Superior Court processed the lawsuit Thursday afternoon. The Rivas Hernandez family is relieved that the civil process is now underway so that way they can proceed in tandem with the Los Angeles County District attorneys office to bring the full force of the law criminal and civil against David Anthony Burke and his enablers D4 VD was charged with first-degree murder, including special circumstances allegations that can increase sentencing penalties. He also faces one count each of continuous SA of a child under the age of 14 and unlawful mutilation of human remains. The special circumstances allegations against David include commission of the crime for financial gain. Prosecutors had stated the allegation stems from the singers as music career, which was being threatened by his alleged sexual relationship with Celeste.
