Good tips. I make my own carbohydrate mix at home. maltodextrin fructose 1-0.8. I also make my own Chamois cream. 🤣🤣

I hit up the C2W scheme every couple of years. This year for carbon wheels. £860 saved. I’ve never bought a bike on the scheme but heavily upgraded a fair few over the years. Next up will be a full new groupset for bike 2.
