@invinciblevenus_: Antwort auf @julia_lucy_hope how to deal with the worst thing to happen to someone ever - a debilitating chronic illness that demands the most from you every day. I am sadly deeply familiar with it and these are 8 things I did and that have helped me fight through this. Back then and now still. Wish you the best, dear sister!!!! #chronicillness #chronicillnessawareness #chronicpain #eczema
oh wow… as a 50yr woman who got chronic illness at my first year in university and all this… you’d understand… This resonates so much!!! I did not give up and got a second degree etc and learned to manage it and my life has been very good now regardless. But some things you say… so wise and inspiring. Looking back, I think I never took it so consciously, just struggled through it somehow. All the best to you! You are my best find in tiktok:))

I always watch your videos and I really loved this one. I also have chronic severe eczema and this year I was diagnosed with psoriasis which is extremely hard to deal with, so I actually found everything you said very helpful

Art really helped me. When I couldn’t leave the house I turned into an art practice I could do it at home when I had energy.

I too had TSW. I was bedridden. I am on a biologics (my second after the first stopped working). It’s the only thing that helps - even after being off of steroids for 10 years. I truly, truly understand.
