Lived and died by his word. He was electric when he was alive, everyone knew Steve. You heard "Crikey!", you didn't just think of Australia. You thought of the crazy crocodile man. The crazy thing is there WILL be more like him, at the very least 2.

Growing up, Steve was my biggest inspiration. I wanted to work with animals just like he did. I never made it quite that far but, I did become a veterinary technician. He was so important to me. So inspiring. Such a wonderful human.

Steve was the reason my husband and I started volunteering at a wild life rescue so many years ago. We used to watch him and we were so inspired. The first place we found that would allow us to come, we signed up. It literally changed our entire lives. It isn’t always easy, but we continue to provide conservation education to children and adults all over the country. 🥰 We are truly blessed to be able to work with some amazing animal ambassadors.
