The “I’ve Created a Muenster” burger is my favorite! I have this cookbook too, and my son is picky but loves Muenster cheese and mushrooms, so we’ve made that one several times. I sadly haven’t had the chance to try many of the others yet, but I’m really enjoying your videos!

Still my fave series!! I think the one I want to try the most so far is the Brussels sprouts one - I still think about it 😂 but I would eat this one over queso sauce so that way the trimmings just turn it into a cheesy salsa by the end of it 😅

I have a hard time choosing which would be my favourite without trying it first but the black garlic one is definitely one I want to try. Also!! Where I live they do a thing called “burger week” once a year, and this year I had one fairly similar to this. It had a corn salsa that was seasoned to be more like a street corn salsa mash up and oh man. It was so good.
