It’s tough out there! Houses are moving slowly in a lot of areas. What type of loan do you have on the house? I ask because if it’s a VA loan, a buyer can assume the loan (you leave the VA entitlement with the property if a non-veteran purchases it). But it’s likely a more creative way to market the home in this insane market.

We listed in May the weekend after mother day had our first offer 3 weeks ago that didn’t fall through.. it’s tough and stressful praying we get another offer and we’re listed aggressively low for what people are paying now for a 2 store 2500+ sq feet. I hope it works out for you and your family!
