I have both my ankles and the top of my foot done. Maybe it's because they're small but it wasn't bad at all. Everyone is so different.

not only was it super sensitive, but add it the twitching when the needles hit those reflex spots... the inside of the knee was pretty rough.

Knees and ankles didnt mess with me that much, elbow ditch and collar bone sucked. Ribs were weird because I didn’t feel it in my ribs, it hit a nerve and I felt it like lightening in my nipple 🤣
