The easiest way to get rid of unnecessary stress is become the absolute best version of yourself, go to the gym visit a library go to farmers markets go to a museum hey if you like drinking get dressed up super neatly and go to your nearest expensive hotel bar you will find that sometimes we just forget our self worth🥺 i promise you when you begin to remember who you are either you leave him or he changes because men love women who are focused on themselves and their own growth🌹🥰 good luck

As an ex wife who stayed and just wanted him to see me and want to spend time with me…. LEAVE….. he ended up leaving for his mistress after 20 years…. I regret the time of my life I wasted feeling small and unimportant. Alone is so much better and fulfilling. Good luck to you.

I would take the time to remember who I am. Do all of the things I wanted to do. Learn more, improve myself, get together with friends and enjoy life. Get myself to the point where I look around at my surroundings and realize, I’ve outgrown this. This doesn’t serve me anymore. Freedom. Peace.

oh this is a case for divorce. don't go to counseling because you shouldn't have to teach anyone how to treat you. divorce this man because he is showing you that you aren't anyone he's willing to invest in anymore. it's okay to end a marriage it's definitely not okay to stay in a marriage that you have to work really hard for. when a man truly values you the relationship is absolutely effortless... don't believe the fairy tale that people will sell you about marriage taking a lot of work. those are people who don't understand the difference between being loved and being valued.
