I've literally had 3 rounds of Interviews for a job , I had everything they wanted in the listed plus 7 years of experience, they said that I didn't meet the requirements. Then 2 weeks later they asked me to interview for the same job that I wasn't qualified for and for 5 bucks a hour less. Recruiters are so out of touch.
