#منOn the inside. Instead of focusing on what you lack, start appreciating what you have now. • Simple exercise: Every day, write down three simple things that made you smile (a cup of coffee, a message from a friend, or even a quiet moment). This trains your mind to notice the positives amid the noise. • Stop comparing: Remember that social media only shows the “best shots,” so don’t compare the behind-the-scenes of your exhausting life with other people’s perfect performances. 2. Managing your mind and emotions Your thoughts are what color your world; if they’re dark, the world will look dull. • Live in the moment: Anxiety is living in a future that hasn’t arrived yet, and regret is living in a past that’s over. Focus on the “now.” • Accept your emotions: Life isn’t constant happiness. It’s natural to feel sad or angry; accept these feelings, give yourself permission to express them, then move forward. 3. Investing in relationships Human beings are social by nature; having a supportive circle is the secret of psychological resilience. • Quality over quantity: One real friend who understands your silence is better than a hundred friends just for politeness. • Giving: Helping others boosts feel-good hormones (endorphins). Make someone else’s day beautiful, and you’ll find your own day becomes more beautiful automatically. #outfitideast #مشاهير_تيك_توك_مشاهير_العرب 💜🌺#اخوتي #الشعب_الصيني_مال

“We tell the men to be more “human” But are we ready for their humanity?…” Today marks the last day of Men’s Mental Health Month, and it was honestly unsettling to realize that many of the good men I spoke to didn’t even know it existed. I waited until today on purpose; listening, asking questions, gathering real stories from real men to understand why prioritizing mental loving women still feels like a foreign concept to so many of them. And what I found wasn’t just silence… it was pressure born from conditioning. This isn’t just about women enabling and glamorizing harmful and unrealistic expectations from their men. It’s also about men policing other men, teaching them, subtly and loudly, that vulnerability is weakness, that emotions are a liability, that strength must look like silence. Men are afraid of ridicule and shame from their peers and from women who “expect” them to be bad boys. They fear the backlash when they allow themselves to love loudly, care about their hygiene or health, eat what they want or show any form of self preservation. Hence this piece. Are we really advocating for positive masculinity as a society because it’s the right thing, or we’re just saying it because it’s the “woke” thing to say. Ask yourself, is there any way I’m directly and indirectly contributing to this problem? #mensmentalhealth #spokenword #discover #viral
