@hrnaeatz: Recipe ⤵️ Sippin Szn Ep 21: A deliciously creamy chocolate horchata to beat this heat ! 🍫🍚 Ingredients: - 1 c long grain rice - 4 c HOT water - 1 puck mexican chocolate - 1/4 c chocomil (or nesquik) - 1/4 tsp instant espresso - 3-4 cinnamon sticks (extra for garnish) - 1 can sweet and condensed milk - 1 can evaporated milk - 3 c milk - 1 tsp vanilla - pinch of salt Garnish: - chocolate syrup Tips: - toast your rice & cinnamon until the rice starts smells nutty and is golden brown - once you add everything to your bowl with water, cover, and let it sit at least 4hrs but best overnight - when blending everything don’t blend for more than 30 seconds on high so it doesn’t get gummy #EasyRecipes #mexicanrecipes #drinks
