Stopped trying🤷♀️had a meltdown when I got my period again, said I was done and we would get another dog. Next cycle after only DTD 2 times that month, I got my BFP.

Mucinex and Brazil nuts for the selenium. 3 years TTC. Was also on 10 mg Letrozole and did my 3rd IUI.

Maca root pills and mucinex for a week. It could’ve been a coincidence but we were trying for 6 months so I think it worked 😂

My husband was the issue for us. Took us 13 months to get pregnant. He had been taking a supplement called FertilAid for about 6 months. The month we got pregnant he added another supplement called CountBoost, and we used the preseed lubricant. Both supplements were just from Amazon!

Have you talked to a reproductive endocrinologist? It could be your thyroid? My friend was put on synthroid and then she got pregnant within 6mo -1 year.
