Come to our amazing historic village Salado Tx we have it all in walking distance on Main Street. Tons of history, charm, food, free music, arts ( painters, pottery, sculptures, glassblowing, blacksmith) of course bbq, cute shops and neat bars, tons of activities and fun events year around. Plus a cold spring fed creek that runs through the middle of town kids play in while parents enjoy the friendly fun environment. I love raising my boys here and we are the town the welcomes everyone! Look us up!

Brisket Love Lindale, TX it’s East Texas but y’all would probably get bored. Unless y’all make it to a First Monday in Canton then you can eat all the East TX food! Houston airport sucks but sounds like you are going to have to do it.

Come to east Texas and visit Jefferson , beautiful old town , and visit Caddo Lake. You can come into Dallas, Austin and Houston. Yes Texas has great BBQ.
