Miss the arrow and flash era when they were dropping 20 episode seasons yearly. In 6 years we’d have 6 seasons already with 120 episodes. In 6 years of modern tv we’d barely have 16 episodes 😂.

Sometimes it takes so long you have to rewatch the previous season and there’s a lot of people that don’t feel like doing that so they just stop caring about the show

Miss the era of shows like The Flash, Supernatural, Breaking Bad, Game of thrones, Vikings, The vampire diaries, The originals, Grimm, The big bang theory, etc In the sense we would have 12-24 episodes a season and was yearly released. House of the dragon has been mid after season 2 and the long waits don’t help it.

If they released seasons back to back years then took a 2 year break I’d be fine with that. I’m just not waiting 2-3 years for 8 40 minute episodes, also the 8 episode model just needs to go in general. At least 10 if it’s high budget
