@clarissahedley: This is an inspissated meibomian gland. Meibomian glands are specialized oil glands located along the rim of the eyelids that produce an oily layer crucial for keeping tears from evaporating too quickly. When the oil-producing glands in your eyelids become clogged with thickened, toothpaste-like secretions this is what is can look like. It’s not painful, just noticed her this morning! Lol

I get those if I go out and like it’s hot and my eyelids get oily and I don’t wash my face until night time. I just take a tweezer and pop em and it goes away😭 it def is uncomfy tho when I blink
