My family booked our first MSC cruise on World America. Within 24 hours the price went down. I called twice within 24 hours and was told they couldn’t adjust the cruise and to call back. Now they won’t adjust it because it’s been longer than 24 hours. I WILL NOT BOOK MSC CRUISES AGAIN. They could’ve at least offered onboard credit. Terrible customer service @MSC Cruises Official
