Unpopular take, and I’m not sure I’m even fully convinced either way, yet: Zac is just not as far in his deconstruction as the others. It’s not strange to me that he struggles with being a SAHD (which wasn’t his plan when he got married). It was ok for Jen to be unfulfilled by being a SAHM, but Zac is villainized for struggling with fully accepting this role. And I personally think it’s fair to not want your spouse in a highly sexualized magazine or film. That’s not controlling, that’s expressing a boundary in a marriage.

there was a moment between Taylor and her mom where her mom shows a break through by trying to understand what Taylor is going through with the whole breaking away from Dakota and she says 'I know it is hard, as it was hard for me and your father when i had to find a way to move on from that' paraphrasing of course, and the she brings the hammer down with a 'but i did, i did move on and so will you.' And that's it! I shouted at the screen cuz this sounds like positive support but knowing what kind of relationship these two have you KNOW Taylor is just gonna take it as external pressure from her mom to get over it already cuz she did. Like Leane, tell her more on how hard it was for you. Tell her how you had to put back the pieces of your identity together after being torn apart by a toxic relationship. Just show her you are human as well and that you two share the suffering you had from these toxic ass men!

I absolutely adore Whitney, Conner, and Miranda. I'll admit I didn't care much for whitney in season 1 but she has truly grown on me and im so happy for her!! she so deserves all the success she has and conner being so loud and openly supportive of her career made my heart so happy 🖤💚
