When they pull up to the window so far away from the window that the drive thru employee has to literally jump halfway out the window to get the payment/give them their order. And then they be laughing like it’s funny watching the employee struggle while they are trying to work DURING A RUSH. Having to say ‘next time could you please pull closer to the window’ IS LOWKEY EMBARRASSING.

Oh, god! Now I gotta go watch parts 1 & 2, and I hate it when they get to the speaker and take their time ordering, running up my drive-thru clock. Like, I work for Taco Bell, and a few days ago, we had somebody come through our drive-thru and order THREE party packs. THREE!!! They could've came inside and got all that, instead of holding up my line. 😡😂😃🌮🛎️

What gets me is doordashers that pull up to the speaker and say "hello" before they even pull up. Then say the name of who they are picking up for I say "hold on a moment" while I go up to the computer to find the name and they don't listen and pull up to the window anyway!

Me and the manager was a little late this morning she’s baking im trying to help get coffee and food ready I forgot to put my headset on and this lady is at my window beeping flashing her lights. I was able to my headset on finally I said I’ll be right with you sir he said I hope so smart made him sit there he pulled off 😂. I’ll make you sit there getting smart to me at 5:30 am NOPEEE 🥴💅🏽.

The only respectful thing I would add, though is could the worker please not trying to hand me the drink while I’m trying to hand them the payment as soon as I get to the window. Also, can we not try to squeeze the straw to the side of the cup while trying to hand me my drink because that makes it awkward to try to grab because some of us have small hands and can’t grab it when you wrapped your paws around the whole thing.

don't leave the line and come back later thinking your food will still be there. we done voided the ticket. also turn your wipers off at the window so you aren't splashing rain all over the worker. if you have a coupon say so at the speaker not at the window

don't even get me started on the douchebags who ordered half the menu and then at the window you pay the second window they want to change the order as we are making it taking things off and then putting new stuff on it slows down the kitchen and it drives me crazy

i think having a automated greeting recording is stupid af. there's been times I'll be taking 1 lane and go to answer the other afterwards and they're already halfway through their order cause they think it's a real person talking to them when it's just a recording.
