No, I think they always say what it is in my experience, probably so people behave appropriately and no one gives the staff a hard time thinking it’s just another delay.

I remember reading one that said “due to the train being hit by a person” and I was so confused and thinking shouldn’t it be the other way round until I found out later that apparently some guy was somehow holding onto the train and trying to smash the windows in.

the most common one on the east coast mainline is “trespassers on the railway” which covers everything from people trying to steal the metal from the tracks to someone threatening to jump off a bridge. They are never specific about it

Given that it says London Blackfriars, this defo ain't TfL. The boards here are likely controlled by Thameslink/Southeastern. But it is good to put a description because some stations don't have staff either.
